Dr. Christoph Kins is a specialist lawyer for public procurement law (Fachanwalt für Vergaberecht) and a member of the management team at abante. He advises and represents both clients and bidders, focusing primarily on the design of complex procurement procedures, conflict representation, organizational consulting and quality assurance.
Dr. Kins provides support for construction and IT projects in matters of procurement, contract, and subsidy law. This includes the awarding of all contracts as well as the drafting and negotiation of clear contracts. Dr. Kins also regularly acts in contract enforcement, for example in cases of supplements, damages, and warranties. He defends his clients against the revocation of subsidies and also provides support in the application for funding and the use of funds.
Dr. Kins is a member of the Southeast Regional Group of forum vergabe e.V., a member of the Specialist Lawyers Committee for Public Procurement Law of the Saxony Bar Association, a lecturer in contract and public procurement law, and a member of the German Public Procurement Network and the “Netzwerk Vergabeanwälte.”
