Mads Nygaard Madsen is specialized in IT law and he is one of Denmark's leading attorneys in this area. He is a certified IT attorney. From 2017 to 2020 he was chairman of the association of Danish IT Attorneys. His legal expertise covers all areas of IT law, including outsourcing, software licensing matters and personal data law.

Among other things, Mads has solid experience in the preparation and negotiation of IT contracts as well as handling disputes regarding IT services. He advises a wide range of Danish and international clients - both suppliers of IT products and services and customers who purchase IT.
