Madeline is a Technical Director and clinical negligence specialist, representing adults and children with significant brain injuries.
Recent results include cerebral palsy case MXX v Barts NHS Trust (£14.4 million settlement) and reported delay in diagnosis of meningitis Court of Appeal case FB v Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (2017) IEWCA Civ 334. In addition to representing Claimants with catastrophic injuries caused by medical negligence, Madeline’s role is also one of management and support to the Slater and Gordon National Clinical Negligence Team, co-ordinating and implementing operational change.
Madeline’s legal career has extended over 20 years. She joined Slater and Gordon as a Technical Director in 2019 prior to which she was a Partner and Head of Medical Negligence of a leading regional Essex and Hertfordshire law firm.
