Jordan Bell

Jordan is a Principal Lawyer and Head of Slater and Gordon’s and Industrial Disease team. He represents individuals diagnosed with mesothelioma, lung cancer, pleural thickening and asbestosis, and also for bereaved families.

Jordan acts for clients based throughout the UK and abroad and has specialised in the field of asbestos litigation since qualifying as a solicitor. He prides himself on thoroughly investigating the most complex of cases and has successfully concluded many cases previously turned down by other solicitors.

In addition to his asbestos claims practice, Jordan acts on behalf of individuals who have developed other industrial diseases and has brought successful claims for occupational stress, asthma, silicosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis and other respiratory injuries, dermatitis, work-related upper limb disorders, noise-induced hearing loss and lead poisoning.

Jordan is a member of the Law Society and of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is accredited by APIL as a Senior Litigator and recognised by APIL as a specialist in the fields of asbestos claims specifically and industrial disease claims generally. He has also been appointed as an assessor by APIL and considers applications from lawyers seeking specialist accreditations.
