Madeleine heads up the Real Estate Finance team at international law firm, Osborne Clarke LLP. She specialises in all types of real estate finance work, including development and investment financings on both a syndicated and bilateral basis.
Madeleine acts for all the UK clearing banks as well as a number of specialised real estate debt funds including Aeriance, Laxfield Capital and ICG Longbow. Madeleine also acts for mezzanine lenders, servicers, special servicers, funds, developers and a large number of corporate borrowers including Student Castle, IDI Gazeley and U and I.
She has experience of a variety of borrowing structures such as limited partnerships, offshore entities, limited liability partnerships, joint venture arrangements and property unit trusts.
Madeleine joined Osborne Clarke in September 2011 from BLP, where she worked for five years in their real estate finance team.
