Peter litigates in cases concerning material damage and related coverage issues on general liability and property or technical insurances. These cases include for example product liability claims and fire and construction related claims.

Furthermore, Peter his practice concerns product safety and product recall, in which he represents both manufacturers and insurers and the drafting of insurance policies and advice on (international) policy disputes. Heis a member of Recall Solutions, a partnership between loss adjustment agency Sedgwick, Bex* communication consultancy and law firm Kennedy Van der Laan. A unique combination of three product recall specialisms. A one-stop service desk that is available to you 24/7 to meet all your needs in case of an acute food or product safety issue, or at the preparation for or aftermath of a recall.
