Stan Blanton focuses his practice on the regulatory, licensing, and commercial issues that arise in the development, operation, and sale of electric generating facilities, particularly nuclear power plants. He counsels electric utility companies, suppliers of nuclear fuel and components, and investors in electric generating facilities. He frequently appears before the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions, United States District Courts, United States Courts of Appeal, and United States Court of Federal Claims.
