Alec Koch is a co-leader of the Securities Enforcement and Regulation practice and a former Assistant Director with the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. He represents public companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, and individuals in securities enforcement and anti-corruption investigations before the SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, and other regulatory authorities.
