Lynne Xerras

Lynne Xerras represents clients across a wide range of industries in matters involving assertion of rights under federal bankruptcy law and determining state law remedies in the event of insolvency. She represents corporate debtors, chapter 11 trustees, official creditor committees in chapter 11 reorganization cases and individual chapter 7 debtors on a pro bono basis. She advises secured and unsecured creditors in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and related litigation before US Bankruptcy Courts, and advocates for clients involved in avoidance actions and other federal litigation involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent transfers.
