Lynne has substantial experience of large-scale, high-profile litigation and arbitration in the UK, the Middle East, and the Far East. Her practice ranges from huge infrastructure projects, to multi-million pound commercial and residential developments, to high-profile PFI projects. She enjoys working with and leading large teams of solicitors, juniors, and experts.

She has extensive advocacy experience in the Technology & Construction Court in England, international arbitrations, and adjudication proceedings. She is registered as an advocate with the DIFC. She is highly experienced in cross-examining expert witnesses in a wide range of disciplines and is noted for the rigorous attention to detail and forensic understanding required for heavy technical cases.

Lynne has been instructed as Counsel under a wide range of arbitration rules including ICC, LMAA, LCIA, DIFC, and DIAC. She also sits as an arbitrator and has been appointed by the ICC and on an ad hoc basis. She is also a TECBAR-accredited adjudicator.
