Lynne has considerable experience in managing internal investigations for clients as well as advising on external investigations by the Police, HSE, SEPA and other regulators, giving clear, commercial advice on often business critical matters. Based in Aberdeen, she has particular experience in complex oil and gas cases including major gas releases and fatalities. She also supports cross border investigations for international clients, advising on compliance with and operation of specialist regulatory regimes in Scotland and criminal enforcement.
