Lynn Parsons is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Financial Services Group in Toronto. Her practice focuses on project finance and secured lending with extensive experience in the sector advising financial institutions as well as borrowers on the development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Lynn is the Co-Head of the Firm’s Indigenous Projects and Transaction Groups and has particular experience in infrastructure and energy transactions involving Indigenous communities. Lynn is also a co-founder and steering committee member of Women in Energy Canada (WIECAN) whose mission is to foster a strong network of women and to facilitate professional development, advancement and support for women in the energy space.
