Lydia Mendola

Lydia has over 25 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, assisting Italian and international clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice covers the full spectrum of IP law, with solid expertise in trademarks, patents, design, copyright, and trade secrets, as well as IP issues related to new technologies, including blockchain and artificial intelligence.

She regularly advises leading clients, including at an international level, in the media, entertainment, luxury, retail, new technologies, and life sciences sectors, supporting them in the protection, management, and enhancement of intangible assets. In non-contentious matters, she provides ongoing advice on all types of intellectual property–related agreements and assists clients with due diligence activities and the negotiation of IP aspects in M&A transactions.

Lydia Mendola joined the Firm in 2026 as a Partner.
