Luis Felipe Opazo is Head of the Trademarks Practice at SILVA and a lawyer admitted in Chile, graduated from the UC Chile. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Industrial and Intellectual Property and in Law and Artificial Intelligence, which underpin his specialized practice in trademarks and domain names.
With more than a decade of experience at the firm, he has developed solid expertise in the management of trademark portfolios at both national and international levels.
His practice is defined by a combination of technical rigour, strategic insight, and a close client-focused approach, and he currently leads the development and consolidation of the firm’s Trademarks practice.
