Career
Rodrigo León is a Partner at SILVA and a lawyer admitted in Chile, graduated from the University of the Andes, specializing in innovation regulation and intellectual property, with a particular focus on copyright, data protection, technology, media, and patents.
He holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Montpellier I (France) and a Ph.D. in Private Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain).
He has been actively involved in the development of intellectual property policies and regulations for universities and companies, and serves as an academic at the University of the Andes and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
