Luis Alberto is a partner at Barros & Errázuriz. He has more than 20 years of experience advising companies and funds that participate in the capital markets, participating in mergers and acquisitions transactions, national and international financing operations and issues of shares and debt, both in Chile and in foreign markets.

He is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chilean Association of Investment Fund Administrators (ACAFI, spanish acronym for Asociación Chilena de Administradoras de Fondos de Inversión) who he has advised for more than 10 years and a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Council of the Ministry of Finance.
