Cristián is the managing partner of Barros & Errázuriz. He has more than 25 years of experience advising companies and funds that participate in the capital markets. He serves as advisor in merger and acquisition transactions, national and international financing operations and issues of shares and debt, both in Chile and in foreign markets.
