Víctor is a partner of Barros & Errázuriz. He advises fund managers, securities intermediaries and companies needing resources through the issuance and public offering of bonds, stock and other instruments, both in domestic and foreign markets.

With extensive knowledge and experience in the regulations applicable to the capital markets, he advises a significant number of clients, including issuers of public offering securities, financial advisers, securities intermediaries and fund managers.
