Lucy has extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state court in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury, including those caused by medical malpractice, the overservice of alcohol, and other wrongful conduct. Lucy also regularly represents defendants in complex commercial matters, including class actions, as well as plaintiffs in cases involving copyright infringement, shareholder disputes, and other economic injuries. Prior to joining Wyche, Lucy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis, United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina. Lucy’s experience as a judicial law clerk, along with the breadth of her practice, gives her a unique perspective and ability to represent her clients effectively and efficiently in South Carolina and beyond.

A native of South Carolina, Lucy attended the University of South Carolina Honors College and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Lucy is based in Wyche’s Columbia, SC office.
