Luciana Nobrega e Silva Loureiro joined the Firm in 2010. She integrates the Tax practice group, with focus on international tax planning and consulting. Luciana has a wide breadth of experience supporting multinationals in their international expansion and/or reorganization strategies, including tax planning and support to corporate reorganizations, transfer pricing analysis and discussions with tax authorities (APAs and rulings), structuring and implementation of investments funds in Brazil and abroad, as well as domestic and cross border financial transactions.
She is also skilled in legal project management for multijurisdictional corporate reorganizations.
Luciana has worked for two years in Luxembourg as a tax advisor in the Private Equity, Hedge and Real Estate Funds practice areas and one year in London at part of the global reorganization practice of Baker McKenzie.
Luciana holds an Adv. LLM degree in International Tax Law from Leiden University (2008), a post-graduate degree in International Business Law from Center of University Extension (CEU) (2006) and a Bachelor at Law's degree from Catholic University of Santos (2005).
