Career

Rafael Rahal Disposti joined Trench Rossi Watanabe in 2020. He integrates the Transactional practice group, acting with a focus on capital markets and banking & finance. With over 10 years' experience in this area, Rafael has a wide breadth of experience in the advising banks and other financial institutions, multinational companies, portfolio managers, investment fund managers, public and private companies, investment and private equity funds and other investors in financing and banking law transactions, including local and international capital market debt operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the constitution of several investment funds.
