Martina Lucenti

Martina heads the Mediation and Arbitration team.

She assists Italian and foreign clients in commercial and corporate disputes, post-M&A litigation, directors and officers’ liability suits, insolvency litigation. She has also assisted companies in civil actions for vicarious liability brought before criminal courts.

She has extensive expertise in Life Sciences & Healthcare litigation, representing pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, medical devices manufacturers, hospitals and clinics in a broad range of disputes.

Beyond her practice as counsel, she regularly serves as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and presiding arbitrator in administered and ad hoc arbitral proceedings.
