She frequently attends Joint Settlement Meetings, mediations, CCMCs, interlocutory applications and trials. Louise has particular experience in obstetric claims, claims arising out of delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and complex causation disputes.
Louise also practises in the field of personal injury, specialising in cases of severe injury arising out of employerās liability, public liability and road traffic accidents.
