Louise represents both Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of high value and complex clinical negligence claims. She frequently attends Joint Settlement Meetings, mediations, CCMCs, interlocutory applications and trials. Louise has particular experience in obstetric claims, claims arising out of delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and complex causation disputes.
Louise also practises in the field of personal injury, specialising in cases of severe injury arising out of employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accidents.
Louise is a fearless negotiator, displays meticulous attention to detail, and has a client-focussed approach which has resulted in her being very much in demand by specialist solicitors in this field.
