Lingyan Peng specializes in foreign direct investment (FDI), cross-border M&A, venture capital and private equity investment, IPO and bond offering.
During Ms. Peng’s prior practice in New York, she represented many international corporations (including J.P. Morgan Chase, Pearson, Owens Corning, Cadbury Schweppes, Maersk) in connection with corporate structuring, U.S. M&As and cross-border M&As.
Back in China, Ms. Peng continues to be active in advising clients on M&As, including venture capital and private equity investment transactions and strategic M&As. She is currently advising several most active oversea funds in China, including CDH Venture Capital and SAIF Partners.
Ms. Peng has extensive experience in foreign direct investment (FDI), including structure of local presence, restructuring, acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Peng also has substantial experience in corporate restructuring, IPOs and bond offering, in both the PRC and overseas capital markets, with particular expertise in PRC regulatory practices.
