Anna French

Clients look to Anna for counsel on securitizations, warehouse finance, participation sales, forward flow arrangements, conduit financing arrangements, and other types of structured and secured lending transactions. Her clients include public and private borrowers, originators, issuers, sponsors, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, investors, servicers, participation sellers and buyers, rating agencies, and other industry participants. Anna has experience with a broad spectrum of asset classes, including timeshare loans, consumer loans, equipment loans and leases, merchant cash advances, agency and private-label residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights, and servicing advance receivables. She also advises on recurring revenue loans and the receivables financing aspects of large industry mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcies.
