With over 25 years' experience, Lindsey acts for employers of all sizes, from PLC clients to SMEs, as well as acting for senior executive employees.

Lindsey regularly represents employers and employees at the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and has significant experience in advising clients on re-organisations and redundancy exercises.

Career

Lindsey is an accredited specialist in employment law based in our Glasgow office. She advises on a wide range of employment law issues and her clients include one of the UK's largest employers.

She is very experienced in dealing with the advice which clients need at all stages of the employment relationship, whether it be advising on issues arising from recruitment, drafting contracts, handbooks and policies, advising on employee relations and redundancy exercises and negotiating severance arrangements. She regularly represents employers at the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and has retainer arrangements in place with many employers to advise on their day to day employment issues.

Lindsey is a regular speaker on the employment law circuit. She leads the Firm's Equality Team and has provided bespoke training to large multinational employers on employee relations, complex employment issues and tribunal procedures.
