Lindsay is a partner in the Freshfields London Restructuring and Insolvency team. She advises across the full spectrum of stakeholders and processes on the most complex domestic and cross-border restructuring matters. Recent high-profile mandates include acting for Bulb Energy on its response to the energy crisis, Revlon’s international group on the implications of the US Chapter 11 filings, Debenhams on its light touch administration and sale of assets to boohoo, and the lenders to certain Intu entities on debt and equity restructurings.
Career
After training at Freshfields, Lindsay qualified in 2012 and became a partner in 2020. Lindsay is based in London and during her time at Freshfields has been seconded to work as a banking associate in their Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey. She was included in The Lawyer’s Hot 100 for 2021, and GRR’s 40 under 40, and she is a current member of the ILA Council.
