Litigation and ADR: Primary carriage and responsibility of civil litigation briefs for local and international clients before the Magistrates Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Grenada, in corporate, commercial, property disputes and debt matters, judicial review and tortious liability for high-net-worth individuals, corporations and statutory authorities.
Employment and Labour: Advising and representing statutory corporations and corporate employers and employees in industrial disputes; employment contract and industrial policy preparation; OSH policy preparation and implementation; termination and severance advice and presentation; contributory pension plan implementation
Intellectual Property: Regularly advising on intellectual property issues to international clients, and conducts trademark applications, oppositions and related issues.
Insurance Law and Pension Registrations: Advising on insurance law matters including registration and de-registration of insurance companies and brokers, and preparation and registration of defined benefit and contributory pension plans.
Conveyancing: Advisory and document preparation services for real property transactions
