She previously served as Solicitor General of Grenada, leading key legal policy initiatives and major government litigation.
Following her public service, she served as an acting High Court Judge in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, presiding over civil, commercial and, electoral disputes.
In private practice, Dia has advised regional and international clients on banking and finance, commercial disputes, insolvency, energy projects, taxation and regulatory compliance, with her work frequently intersecting with real estate development, commercial transactions and energy-related matters.
