Mr. Ren (Roy) started his practicing in antitrust law since 2007 and is one of China's first batch of antitrust lawyers. He received J.D. degree in antitrust law in UIBE and LLM degree in law school of Temple university. He is one of the few lawyers with both deep theory understanding and extensive experience in antitrust law in China. Mr. Ren has handled hundreds of cases involving concentrations of undertakings, cartels, and abuses of market dominance. Some of the cases he handled in response to government investigations successfully attained the result of non-constitution of abuse or cartel, or non-punishment. He is also working as antitrust legal counsel for several leading energy companies in China.
