Career

Mr. Lu served as the general manager of legal contract department at the headquarter of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau since 1992.7 to 2004.3.

Mr.Lu obtained the Chinese lawyer qualification in 1995 and the first batch of corporate legal advisor qualifications in 1998.

Since 2004，Mr.Lu has been a lawyer and deeply involved in the industry. He served as Senior Chief Partner in one of the law firms with best reputation in the field of construction engineering in Shanghai and is currently serving as Senior Partner and Deputy Chairman of the National Partners Conference of Beijing DHH law firm.

Professional Memberships

Mr.Lu is a member of All China Lawyers Association and possesses the title of ‘expert researcher’ in China Construction Industry Association. Besides,he also serves as the researcher of Engineering Pricing Disputes on the Mediation Platform of the Supreme People's Court.
