Jing SUN is a Senior Equity Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm and serves as the Director of the Dispute Resolution Business Centre and Co-Director of the Shenzhen Office at DHH Law Firm.
Attorney SUN graduated from Peking University Law School and pursued extensive studies in arbitration law theory and practice under the guidance of leading domestic arbitration law experts.
After graduation, he joined the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court (“BIAC”) as a senior case manager. During his five-year tenure at BIAC, he handled 512 cases with a total claim amount exceeding CNY 6 billion.
In 2013, Attorney SUN entered Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. (“BAIC”), the largest state-owned enterprise in Beijing and a Fortune Global 500 company. He successively served as the director of the group’s Corporate Dispute Resolution Centre and the Chief Legal Advisor of Beijing Automotive Asset Operation Management Co., Ltd. Throughout his five-year term at BAIC and its subsidiaries, he managed all legal disputes, overseeing 83 arbitration cases with a combined claim amount of CNY 9.2 billion.
Since transitioning into private legal practice in 2018, Attorney SUN has represented clients in arbitration cases involving claims exceeding CNY 8.3 billion, with several cases having significant industry impact.
