Levy Amitay

Adv. Levy Amitay manages the firm together with Adv. Tal Atsmon and Adv. Aya Yoffe. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Levy handles the managerial-strategic aspects of the firm, from daily management to formulating the firm’s vision and long-term commercial strategy for the firm’s continued growth.

In addition, Levy serves as Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department . In this capacity, Levy, one of Israel’s top real estate attorneys, advises and manages complex real estate transactions and large-scale real estate projects.

Among others, Levy specializes in large-scale residential, commercial and office projects, as well as in real estate finance transactions and in the legal consulting of holding groups and real estate companies, some of the largest in the Israeli market and internationally.

In recent years, Levy handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex commercial and real estate transactions in Israel – both from the legal rights’ status aspects and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.

Among Levy’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and developers of large-scale real estate projects.

Levy has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, by domestic directories (BDI, Dun's 100) and by professional magazines, as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the real estate field.

Levy is a member and one of the founders of Friends of Mayanei Hayashi Medical Centre Association in Bnei Berak.
