Amir Tzafrir

Adv. Amir Tzafrir is Chairman of the firm and a member of its Executive Committee.

Amir handles a variety of complex corporate and finance transactions, including public offerings in stock exchanges in Israel, London, New York, and Warsaw, as well as other foreign stock exchanges. He also handles cross border merger and acquisition transactions, private placements, franchise agreements and complex infrastructure agreements, including unique public funded BOT and BOO projects.

Amir is an international expert in the capital markets field, and has accrued considerable expertise in the issuance of securities by Israeli companies on various stock exchanges worldwide, particularly NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and the London Stock Exchanges (LSE, AIM). In recent years, he has been leading numerous American real estate companies’ issuances in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Amir maintains extensive working relations with various entities in the capital markets sector, and is the first contact of choice for companies seeking to issue bonds in Israel.

Among Amir’s clients are public and private companies in Israel and abroad, ranging from real estate and retail companies to hi-tech, life sciences, desalination, and textile companies.
