Adv. (C.P.A) Esther Koren specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, as well as engaging in corporate reorganization and creditor arrangements, compensation and incentive schemes, and executive compensation. In this capacity, she advises the Boards of Directors of major Israeli concerns on corporate law and securities law, including the legal aspects of accounting and taxation matters.
In addition, Esther represents public and private corporations in complex mergers and acquisitions, spin offs and reorganizations, investments, sale of activity transactions and shareholder agreements, while providing comprehensive counsel on all aspects of these transactions, including taxation, required reports under securities law and regulatory approval.
Esther also advises companies in capital raising, both public and private. She handles offerings and privatization of government companies, and provides ongoing counsel to clients on the legal aspects of capital markets activity, including immediate and annual reports.
Alongside the above, Esther advises on executive compensation, and develops unique programs and tools for executive compensation in Israel.
Additionally, Esther is a sought after lecturer for advanced training courses of attorneys, CPAs and executives in the fields of corporate law and securities law. She previously served as a member of the advisory board of the Bank of Israel, and of the Public Committee for Government Housing Assistance.
