Leslie’s regulatory and compliance practice focuses on federal and state fraud and abuse compliance (e.g. the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark law); health information privacy issues, including compliance with the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Data Breach Rules; licensure; reimbursement issues; corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting; certificate of need; and other general operational and corporate compliance matters.

Leslie’s corporate practice focuses on transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; physician and vendor contracts; and corporate governance matters.
