He handles all types of coverage claims (e.g., premises liability, product liability, mass tort, construction defect, cyber security, fraud, and broker liability matters) implicating all types of policies (e.g., CGL, D&O, Professional Liability, Property, Environmental, Crime, Cyber, and Life).
In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Alex regularly represents clients in commercial and environmental litigation. He also has experience litigating product liability and mass tort cases.
