Alex Creticos represents policyholders in insurance coverage matters, which includes both advising clients regarding risk management and representing their interests in litigation. He handles both first- and third-party claims implicating all manner of insurance policies, including CGL, D&O, E&O, RWI, Environmental, Event Cancellation, Property, Crime, Cyber, Life and Disability.

In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Alex regularly represents clients in environmental and commercial litigation, including class actions. He also has experience litigating product liability and mass tort cases.
