Experience

Leonidas is mainly active in Commercial and Corporate Law, having been involved in major M&A transactions, takeover bids and construction projects. He has also been involved as a key member in the context of both domestic and international arbitration cases concerning high-profile commercial disputes.

Leonidas also practices competition and capital markets law, advising clients in antitrust compliance as well as compliance with ATHEX regulations and corporate governance rules for listed companies. He further assists clients in the defense of cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission.
