Active in Tax law, State aid, Environmental law and land planning. He is specialized in tax law, most notably in tax litigation before Administrative Courts of all instances (including the Supreme Administrative Court); administrative resolution Committees; and procedures for suspension of payment/enforcement. He has extensive knowledge of VAT and EU tax law (including tax measures as State Aid, tax exemptions as investment incentives etc.) and is also experienced in tax due diligence projects for M&A’s, privatizations etc. He has handled numerous high-profile tax audits, both as advisor before the tax authorities, as well as litigator before Greek Administrative Courts. His practice further covers public law and especially environmental law and land planning (permits etc.), State aid cases and public procurement.
