Practice Areas

Active in Corporate Law, M&A, Competition Law, Energy Law, investment incentives and privatizations, having considerable experience in major M&A and international project finance deals. He has handled and successfully settled complex shareholders disputes of significant value. He has also advised in several high-profile energy-sector cases, both in the frame of privatization procedures (gas) and in the private sector (oil and electricity).

Co- head of the Firm's competition team, having having defended many cartel and dominance cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission, as well as further litigation before Greek Administrative Courts.

He has participated in the working group of the Hellenic Council of Corporate Governance, for the drafting and revision of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code, as well as in the working group for the development of best corporate practices for non-listed companies.

Qualified 2004. Practicing before all Courts, including Supreme Courts. Senior Partner.
