He is an expert in financing transactions, including corporate finance and debt restructuring; project finance in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors; and acquisition finance. He advises banks, funds, insurance companies and national and international companies from various sectors.
While participating in the firm’s International Program for Lawyers (PPAI), he completed secondments at the following foreign law firms: McMillan, Toronto (2005); Machado Meyer, São Paulo (2003); and Macfarlanes, London (2002).
He has worked at the Cuatrecasas Madrid, Barcelona and Mexico City offices.
Since 2004, he has been an international ambassador for Georgetown University (Washington DC), where he has helped organize many events and given classes on questions and institutions of law.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
