With over 35 years' experience, first in London then in Italy, Leah Dunlop is a veteran of cross-border deals and one of few bilingual, and dual-qualified mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lawyers operating in Italy. Leah is head of Hogan Lovells Italian M&A practice and leads cross-border teams supporting clients in M&A, strategic alliances, reorganizations, and first-mover projects, with a consolidated track record in highly regulated sectors such as; automotive, energy and natural resources, technology, media and telecommunications, and consumer.

Leah's global outlook, seasoned deal-making skills, solutions-focused approach and talent for project management help her clients overcome obstacles and clinch complex business combinations - delivering a reorganized, restructured group to seize new opportunities, closing projects on the right terms, on time, and within budget.
