Giulio has gained a wealth of experience in the media, technology, and entertainment sectors. Giulio advises Italian and international companies in the negotiation of complex commercial agreements. He also advises clients on regulatory matters (authorisations, investment and planning obligations, protection of children, on demand services), as well as on intellectual property, e-commerce, personal data protection, commercial communications. More generally, he provides consultancy on the provision of services in a digital environment (including payment and banking services). Among his previous professional experiences, he was corporate counsel for one of the largest international media companies, as well as for leading Italian and international law firms. He is a legal advisor for the Osservatorio del Branded Entertainment, an association which joins leading actors in the media, publications, and audiovisual production sectors.
Giulio Vecchi joined the Firm in 2016 and became a Counsel in 2019.
