Lauren S Colton

Lauren Colton has a proven track record of obtaining favorable litigation results for clients in individual cases, mass torts and class actions in federal and state courts across the United States. Known for her innovative and aggressive defense strategies, Lauren serves as national product liability counsel for multiple manufacturers. In these roles, she uses her technical and scientific knowledge and understanding of her clients' regulatory and commercial environments to achieve successful outcomes. In addition to representing clients in high stakes litigation, Lauren routinely counsels clients at all stages of product development to help mitigate potential risks and assists with crisis management when the need arises.

As head of the firm’s Products Law practice, Lauren leads a global coordinated team of lawyers and scientists. She frequently collaborates with regulatory colleagues to design the best strategy to meet client needs. She is also regarded for her strong and diverse team as well as her commitment to mentoring and developing young lawyers.
