Lauren J Resnick

Lauren Resnick is a white-collar crime and corporate investigations partner with a broad practice representing companies and executives in connection with government investigations, regulatory inquiries and internal compliance matters. She previously served as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and as Chief of the Computer Crimes / Intellectual Property Section in the Eastern District of New York. A tactical advocate, Lauren leverages her decades of government, corporate compliance and monitorship experience to provide strategic advice to clients. She also litigates a variety of commercial litigation matters as a first chair trial lawyer.

Lauren serves as the lead of the firm’s cross-disciplinary Compliance practice team. She is the firm’s Chief Practice Partner and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee.
