Laure handles all aspects of advisory, transactional and contentious employment law, including team moves, restraints of trade and bonus claims, C-suite/senior management appointments and exits, and crisis management/investigations.

Laure often leads the employment workstreams of large and complex cross-border M&A transactions, outsourcings and restructurings, and her strategic and commercial mindset are key assets on high-value/profile employment court disputes and sensitive workplace conduct related matters.

Laure also regularly works with a wide range of Tech sector clients, from founders of Tech start-ups having reached milestone growth or exit stages to financial sponsors seeking to invest, deploy further capital in, or divest from their Tech portfolio companies, as well as large global Tech players.

Personal

A passionate advocate for inclusive workplace and compassionate leadership, Laure also spearheaded the firm’s SEA Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives, both internally and externally, and she regularly speaks at conferences and panels on Workplace Conduct and Diversity & Inclusion.

Laure is a champion for a sustainable future for all, and was privileged to join a Climate Change expedition to Antarctica earlier in 2022 with Robert Swan OBE, galvanising a collective responsibility to protect our planet, because we have #OnlyOneEarth.
