Michele Discepola is a New York and Ontario (Canada)-qualified partner with over 15 years of experience advising global banks and corporate issuers in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including high-yield (structured / repack) debt offerings, securitisations, equity and equity-linked offerings, liability management exercises and restructurings.

Michele has had a significant role in may of the high-yield bond transactions across Asia and has acted on almost all such transactions out of India. He has specific expertise in structured/repack high yield transactions and is particularly active in jurisdictions across the region, including India, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Vietnam.
