Laura E O'Donnell

Laura O'Donnell is dedicated to client service. She is a strong advocate and trusted business partner. O’Donnell is co-chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and leads the firm's Wage and Hour Litigation group. In addition to her wage and hour focus, O’Donnell regularly represents employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, employee competition and fiduciary duty breaches. She has handled several appeals of employment decisions to Texas Courts of Appeal, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
