Larry Shosid has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings (both public and private placements), general corporate representations, partnerships, international transactions, and various real property and energy transactions.

Personal

Shosid serves as the Chairman and founder of Dallas Classic Baseball, the largest youth baseball league in the Dallas area. He also serves on the Dallas Steering Committee of the University of Texas School of Law and as a member of the Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League. He is also active and supports other local non-profit organizations, including the Texas Bar Foundation and the Grant Halliburton Foundation.
