She advises both lenders and borrowers and has been involved in several high-profile financing and acquisition financing deals across industries such as aviation, real estate, telecommunications, energy, and consumer goods and retail. She has been recognized by clients, including international and Thai financial institutions and large companies, for her prompt and careful advice and negotiation skills. A key matter highlight includes representing Thai Airways International Public Company Limited in their financial restructuring and court-supervised business rehabilitation plan.
